Real talk? This is one of the coolest growth animations I’ve ever seen, and I’d adore seeing a full-length sequence done in this style! uwu
Not into growth, but that’s an adorable ‘roo.
me neither but yea still….
aaaaah this is SO well done. what a cutie.
So this is something that happened yesterday and today very spontaneously. I was toying with the idea for a few days after mentioning my liking for pumas to a friend, so I figured it would be fun to draw one out. Where as the original idea was to just draw a puma character, I found myself injecting my own looks and personality into it… It wasn’t intentional!
It’s scary because it actually looks like me in terms of physical appearance (as far as a furry characters go anyways) I felt reassured when my twitter feed went “holy crap it’s you.” Age wise, he’s in his early 20s like me.
The fourth picture in is my friend Cam, who absolutely loves bellies, so I found it fitting to draw that after he mentioned his liking for the picture above it.
Anyways, I hope you like it! It’s not replacing Tairu Panda if that crossed anyone’s mind. Though puma Tuler is so fun to draw, I think it’s all the scruff on his face. I also blame Super Mario 3D World for kind of giving me some cat awareness XD
There will be much more of this puma to come! Also tails are weird. Just sayin’.
That was a lot of text whoops.
Ahhh man, I am such a sucker for pumas.
Hi folks! I’d like to take a $30 commission! Results would at least be similar to what you see above! If you’re interested, feel free to send a note and a ref, and feel free to spread this around to your pals/enemies! <3
My dear friend and one of my favorite artists is doing commisions. Grab it while it’s hot! (he totally is fyi)

WB - Weird Beauty by Alexander Khokhlov
The “Weird Beauty” project is made in collaboration with great make-up artist Valeriya Kutsan. In these series we decided to deny any color in our series except black and white to make more accent on forms and volume. The experiment should prove that usual simple forms, familiar things or characters can be a main part of wonderful beauty looks. Model faces in this project are not just canvases for the face-arts - they play their own role in each photo with different parts.
